| Runner on first, no outs. Fly ball to right field. Runner from first clearly leaves early, ball is caught by rightfield. Runner retreats toward first base, and the rightfielder lets the ball go and it sails over first base and over the fence, out of play. The runner is back and standing on first base. What is the award for the overthrow?

| Over thrown ball out of play.Two bases from the release of the ball from the fielders hand.Runner would be awarded two bases to third base. Runner already had first base.
