| Hank: Runners on first and second. Line drive back to the pitcher. Ball hits off of the pitchers glove, and still on-the-fly, hits the runner from second (R2), about waste high, rolls to the ground in front of her, and as she is still advancing toward third, she accidently kicks the ball with her foot. The ball continues through fall territory and into dead ball territory. Ground rule double? Runners on second and third, with one (1) run in?

| Maybe not "officially" a ground rule double, but it has to be a two-base award.

| Definitely two bases, from the time of the pitch. Since no throw was involved.

| Perry - two bases. One run in and runners on second and third. ASA rule 8-8-F When a runner is hit by a fair batted ball after it touches ,or is touched by any fielder ,including the pitcher ,and the runner could not avoid contact the runner is not out.ASA rule 8-5-L (4)Batted ball deflects off runner or umpire and goes out of play, after passing an infielder, excluding the pitcher and provide no other fielder had a chance to make an out it would be two base because of out of play. This answer is with the info you provided.
