With R-1 on 2nd and R-2 on 1st B-3 hits the ball to left center. While running the bases R1 is obstructed rounding third going home. R2 is obstructed rounding going to 3rd B3 is heading for 2nd while R1 has not reached home while R2 runs into the 3rd baseman who is trying to throw home as she approaches 3rd base. There is 1 out.
Does interference take preference over obstruction ?

ASA rule 8-5-B note 1
Should an act of interference occur following any obstruction, enforcement of the interference penalty has precedence.
