| Hey, Hank! I got one for you. Runners on 1st and 3rd, no outs. Long fly ball to leftfield. Third base coach comes over and puts his hand on the back of the runner who is standing on third. As soon as the ball was touched (caught), the coach, with his hand still on the runner, yells "go," and gives the runner a push toward home. What's your ruling. I'll tell you what I did, after I hear your ruling. Thanks.

| Neal is correct. regardless if you feel the runner would have scored anyway without the push. black & white coach assisted, runner is out, ball remains live

| Hi, Neal! I believe I did the right thing. I yelled, "runner is out, assisted by the coach," just loud enough for the coach and runner to hear me. I let the ball remain live, and it was caught. Double play.
