No outs and B1 bats out of order and strikes out and defense calls it prior to the next pitch what is the call?
2 outs? Or just one on the batter that struck out and batted out of order?

If B9 was the player who should have batted, then B9 is out, and B1's stike out stands and there would be two outs.
Rule 7-2D [2] and EFFECT.

B1 gets a hit.
B3 bats next incorrectly
B3 hits a fly ball out.
B1 tags and gets thrown out at second

So what do you have in this Scenario?

1 - B1 gets a hit. B9 is out, B1 bats, 1 out
2 - B3 bats next incorrectly. once B3 receives a pitch, B1's at bat stands regardless of what she did. you have a new situation involving B2 & B3
3 - B3 hits a fly ball out. same as 2 with the additional out of B3's fly out
4 - B1 tags and gets thrown out at second. since B1 is now official, this out also stands

nothing if not appealed by defense. if appealed propperly, you have three outs as all outs made (2)stand during the course of B3's impropper turn, plus B2 is out for missing their turn
