| 10u Bases loaded no outs batter hits a ball between second and first hits the runner in front of fielder all runners advance , I called the runner out and dead ball runners all return back . is this the right call

| Little confused here from your description.
What runner did the ball hit (girl running from 1st to second)
You have interference, Dead ball. Girl who got hit is out and batter gets first. If in your mind you thought this could of been a double play you can award a double play. But this being 10U, its your judgement.
The runners on Second and Third go back to there base
