| R1 is taking an aggressive secondary lead at first with each pitch, as the umpire signals strike 2,the catcher pops up and attempts a pickoff. Her throwing hand hits the umpire and the throw sails into right field allowing the runner to advance to 3rd
What's the call?

| Delayed dead ball. If the runner is not put out, interference is then ruled and the runner is returned to their base.
RULE 8, SECTION 6, F 1 & 2.
