| Batter hits a triple, and stops on 3B. F2 backs up the throw from F7 to 3B (F3 slides down to cover home in this defensive execution). There is no play on the Batter-Runner at third, she makes 3B standing up.
F5 throws the ball back to F1 in the circle, and F1 hustles back towards her defensive position near 1B. The Batter-Runner notices that the catcher is taking her sweet time going back to home and nobody is covering home and breaks for home to score...
What do you have?

| Assuming you mean F3 hustles back towards her fielding position near 1B and F1 is in total control of the ball the runner would be out. Nowhere in the "Look Back Rule" does it mention about any other defensive player other than the pitcher.
