R1 on 3rd R2 on 2nd. 1 out. Ball is hit to the shortstop. contact was made by runner with shortstop but he was able to field the ball and throw runner out at first.

Interference? How many Outs? Does the run score from 3rd on the throw to first?

If the runner ran into the fielder while they were fielding the ball it probably should have been called as interference.

If interference was called, 1 out. It is an immediate dead ball, player committing the interference is out, batter/runner is awarded 1st base. The only time you get more than 1 out on an interference call is if the interference was intentional to preent a double play.

No the run does not score, unless the runner had already crossed the plate prior to the act of interference. Otherwise the ball is dead, all runners return to the last base touched at the time of the interference.
