Right -handed batter ,batting with 1 - 1 count, bunts the ball foul with a perceptible arc straight back where it is caught by F-2 (catcher. The ball does not rise above the batter's head.
Is it a foul tip or foul ball?

If the ball goes straight back to the catcher with no arc, this is a foul tip. If the ball goes back to the catcher with any kind of arc (does not have to be over batters head) you have an out. Hope this helps
