	Neal October 13, 2015 12:35:16 PM Entry #: 4184326	Bases loaded and no outs. The batter singles to short right field. The throw goes directly from F9 to F1 who is in the circle. The BR is standing on 1st, R1 scores, R2 rounds 3rd but decides to return and R1, who is very fast, advanced all the way to 3rd. This puts two runners on 3rd base when F1 received the ball inside the circle. F1 turns and sees both runners standing there but makes no play. RULING?
	Neal December 24, 2015 11:34:46 AM Entry #: 4189056	Since no one did anything wrong here. No LBR violations and no runner passed another runner. we basically have nothing. Ump calls time leaves the lead runner at 3rd and sends the other runner back to 2nd.
