| Batter Bunts the ball and the ball stops in foul territory against the foul line but not touching, but if you take the foul line up the ball would be over the line. So is this a fair or foul?

| Kind of sounds like this: the seams are resting in "foul" grass, but not quite touching the line, but the "fat" of the ball is hanging over the line.
