| For Simplicity the batting order reads Abby, Briana, Cindi, Daniele, and Krista
It’s Abby’s turn to bat, but Cindi erroneously bats and hits a double. Abby comes to bat and strikes out and Briana follows by popping out. It’s Cindi’s turn to bat, but she is on base. How do you rule?

| As soon as Abby took a pitch, she became the proper batter. Skip Cindi in the batting order (leaving her on base), and Daniele bats with two outs.

| Thanks, Neal. Batting order questions are always good for a coach with 12 or so young players batting, sometimes with subs, too. Very informative. Please post more.
