	Neal September 25, 2017 10:55:41 AM Entry #: 4231759	.....No outs....no runners on base. Pop fly over the shortstops head. Not caught, overthrows first and ball goes to the fence. Batter runner continues to second and rounds the bag. The runner is obstructed trying to return to second. Ball is overthrown into left field and runners advances to third but is thrown out on the tag. Offensive manager appeals she should be safe at second due to the obstruction. What is your call?

On over throw to outfield runner advances beyond the base they would have reached (2nd). Runner is liable to be put out. Call is out. 8-5-B-3 and RS-36
