Please follow these instructions to register for the JLA Badge through FieldPrint. Note: Palm Beach no longer offers discounted registration. All new/renewal of JLA badges should be processed through FieldPrint.
FieldPrint Codes for BCSA Members
W9 Form for Payment
W9 Form Needed to set up payment. This W9 can be used for all schools, BCAA and private/charter schools.
BCAA ACH Direct Deposit Account Payment Form
Fill out to receive direct deposit payments for Broward School games. It needs to be filed once, or if the official changes banks or bank accounts for payment deposits.
BCAA Officials Game Payment Request Form
Game payment form; bring to each BCAA game. This does not include private schools, Charter schools or Academies.
Pines Charter Officials Payment Form
Pembroke Pines Charter payment form required for all games hosted by Pines Charter HS. This form is submitted for every game worked. This form is not used for the pre-season or Big-8 games played at SilverLakes Park.
Pines Charter Vendor Information Form
This form is for Pines Charter games only. It is to be filled out and submitted the first game in an academic year working a Pines Charter varsity game. Submit this form with a completed W9 and Pines Charter Payment Form.
