A. GAME FORMAT
3 x 20-minute periods, running time.
Last 2 minutes of 3rd period is stop time if there is a 3-goal difference or less.

B. RULES & REGULATIONS
1. PLAYERS MUST ATTEND 60% (12 games) OF THE REGULAR SEASON GAMES TO MAINTAIN PARTICIPATION IN THE PLAYOFFS AND WILL BE PLACED ON THE SUBSTITUTE PLAYER LIST FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON! (Injuries excluded).
2. No body contact.
3. No slap shots (back swing must be below the knee).
4. Playing the puck with the stick above the shoulder will be whistled dead.
5. Minor Penalties = 3 minutes, Double Minor Penalty = 6 minutes (counts as 2 Minor Penalties)
6. Total of 9 minutes of penalties for a player in a game = Expulsion from the game (OF3).
7. Major Penalties = 6 minutes: MJ (Major), M (Misconduct), GM (Game Misconduct),

C. TIE BREAK RULES
Ties between two teams after the completion of the Regular Season will be broken in the following order:
1. Points winner between the two tied teams in regular season.
2. Most wins regular season.
3. Goals For minus Goals Against in regular season (DIFF).
4. Least goals against in regular season.
5. Most points against the 1st place team in regular season.
6. Least penalized team in regular season.
7. Coin toss.
Should three or more teams be tied, the following tie breaker format will be used:

Tie Break Rules after the Round Robin Playoffs: (Based on playoff standings)
To reward the first place finish after the regular season, first playoff tie break goes to the First Place Team. After that, the playoff tie break reverts to either the two, or multi-team tie break as used in the regular season, but using the playoff games statistics.
Ties between two teams after the completion of the Round Robin playoffs will be broken in the following order:

2. Points winner in playoffs between tied teams.
3. Most wins in playoffs.
4. Best Goals For minus Goals Against in playoffs (DIFF).
5. Least goals against in playoffs.
6. Most points against the 1st place team in playoffs.

Tie Break Rules for the Semi-finals and Finals:
1. A 15-minute running time 4 on 4 sudden victory period. If still tied,
2. Teams will play an additional 10-minute running time 3 on 3 sudden victory period. If still tied,
3. Teams will compete in a best of 3 shoot-out, no player can shoot twice. If tie continues, sudden
victory shootout – 1 player from each team shall continue to shoot until tie is broken. No player can shoot
twice until all others on the team have gone.
