Practice Information

Practices begin Monday, July 29, 2024 and will run 5 days (2hrs a day) a week through August.

July 29th-26nd is conditioning week. Players will practice in helmets and cleats as they are required to have 10hrs of "grass time" before they are allowed to practice with pads.

August 5th will be the first day of padded, full contact practices for all those who have completed the mandatory 10hrs of grass  time.

Beginning September 3rd, through the end of season, practice schedule is reduced to 3 days a week (tue-thur).

Equipment Information

All helemets and shoulder pads must be retuned to the Head Coach by December 20th of the current season in play. Parents will be charged a purchasing fee for any equipment not received. This fee will be scheduled to the credit card on file January 10th after the previous season of play has ended. Charges incurred for returned/unsuccessful authorization will be included when necessary.

Athletes must complete 10 hours of conditioning prior to practicing in full pads. If your child missed a day of conditioning they'll be required to make up the time.
