Dear Coaches/Volunteers,

Please fill out the Coaches Application and Volunteer Application (see links below) in its entirety. Send the saved application back to suncoastducks@gmail.com and we will print them out and have you sign at the next meeting. All coaches must be approved by the Board following the review of your application.
Football and Cheer Coaching Certifications are required. Please click on the links below that I obtained from the MFFCC website. They will need to be completed prior to the start of coaching.
