The mission of the Suncoast Ducks is to SOAR (Staying On top of Academic Responsibility)!  Our goal is to encourage the youth in our community to excel academically and athletically.  Our organization will emphasize the importance of keeping the proper balance between scholastic and athletic endeavors. We will use sports as an incentive to achieving academically. If the student does not have the appropriate grades, we are offering tutoring and mentoring services, as well as, study hall to help our kids excel academically.  We will also offer a mentoring program that will influence the lives of our youth so that he/she will one day impact his/her community locally and ultimately nationally.

In addition to the sport and academic aspects of the program, the Suncoast Ducks strive to develop the qualities that can be learned from sports in general.  These include healthy lifestyle choices, goal setting, teamwork, dedication, and character building.  Efficiently and effectively, the Suncoast Ducks is determined to provide positive inspiration to today’s youth.
