The Sadlowski Award was created in memory of 11-year-old Steven Sadlowski, who was stricken with Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer when he was three, and passed away in January of 2012. He loved the game of baseball and played as much as he could and right to the end between treatments and while in remission.

It is awarded to a Minor division player who shows perseverance and dedication to not only their team, but to the game itself.

In addition to getting their name engraved on the trophy, the winning player receives free registration for the following season.

This Player is nominated by a coach/coaches along with a brief description of why they were nominated.
