INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Practice:

If the Carlisle Area School District (CASD) closes for the day due to inclement weather, practice will be cancelled. If CASD releases students early from school due to weather concerns, practice will be cancelled. The reason is we will not be able to access the buildings, even if the weather turns out to be fine.
Games:

If games are cancelled on a Saturday, a cancellation notice will be posted on the website by 9:00 AM the morning of game day. An email will also be sent using the CGYBA email distribution list (used to send other league information) once a decision has been made.
Safety First:

We recognize that the weather & road conditions can differ for the varied areas that our families live. The CGYBA Board urges you to always use your own best judgment about traveling in inclement weather. No girl will be penalized for missing a game or practice if they cannot make it because of travel concerns.
