May 31st- Sussex 7 Patriots 3- The Wizards won it on a walk grand slam in the 7th. Chris Pezzutti, John Bujtas, and Benard Brito had RBIs for Pequannock. Starting pitcher Mike Sasso allowed one run on two hits in 5 innings worked.

June 2nd-Patriots 4 Morristown 2- Pequannock pitchers Matt Clemmontoni and Tom Ackershoek combined to allow 0 earned runs. Chris Pezzutti, and Al Ianuzzi had RBIs.

June 6th-Patriots 4 Muckdogs 3-Pequannock overcame an early 0-2 deficit as pitchers Mike Sasso and Charley Ruegger combined to hold Bergen to 4 hits, with 10 strikeouts. Sean Guida and Al Ianuzzi each had 3 hits, while runs were driven in by Al, John Bujtas, and Anthony Perconte.

June 9th-Patriots 11 Batwings 8-Pequannock won a tough game against a Jefferson team that wouldn't quit. Al Ianuzzi had 3 Rbi, and Jim Kenny added 2. Nick LaPorta made two spectacular fielding plays in the same inning while playing 1st base to help end a Batwing threat. Pitcher Ben Hampson pitched a perfect seventh to get a save.

June 13th-Patriots 5 A's 3- Pitchers Mike Sasso and Charley Ruegger held Mendham to 4 hits, while striking out 11 of their batters. Mike got the win, and Charley the save with an excellent relief outing. All five Patriot runs scored after two were out, in three different innings. Runs were driven in by Sean Guida, Al Ianuzzi, John Bujtas, Brian Boulineau, and Benard Brito. 

June 14th-Royals 2 Patriots 1-In a contest dominated by pitching, Pequannock gave up the winning run on an overthrow with 2 outs in the seventh. Matt Clemmontoni and Tom Ackershoek combined to hold Roxbury to just four hits.

June 16th-Patriots 3 Eagles 2- In a tense pitchers battle that ended in the fading daylight,Pequannock came from a run down to win it in the 8th. Winning pitcher Ben Hampson knocked in the tying run, and the winning run crossed on a fielding error. Starting pitcher Charley Ruegger pitched seven outstanding innings, scattering six hits, with 0 walks. Sean Guida and Al Ianuzzi each had 2 hits. 

June 21st-Patriots 12 Naturals 0-Pequannock scored early and often in a five inning win. Jim Kenny led the offense with 2 triples and 4 RBI. Brian Boulineau also had 3 hits, and Nick LaPorta added 2 with a pair of RBI. Pitcher Charley Ruegger scattered 3 hits, with no walks and five strikeouts for a complete game shutout.

June 22nd-Patriots 8 Eagles 2-Pequannock broke open a close game with a five run 6th inning.Sean Guida led the offense with 3 hits and 4 RBI. Jordan Aughey, and Benard Brito also had 2 hits. Pitchers Matt Clementoni, Mike Sasso, and Sean Jones combined to hold Morris to 0 earned runs on only 1 base hit.

June 25th-Game1-Wizards 15 Patriots 2-Not much went right in this game for Pequannock. Jordan Aughey had three hits, and made a spectacular diving catch.

Game 2- Patriots 2 Wizards 1-Al Ianuzzi drove in the winning run in the 7th inning, with a one out single, as Pequannock overcame injuries to several key players in the victory. Pitchers Ben Hampson and Sean Jones did an excellent job of holding Sussex in check. Brian Boulineau and Mike DeSenzo each had two hits, and Chris Pezzuti made a fine running catch in deep left field.

June 27th-Patriots 2 Batwings 0-Pequannock won a well played game with excellent pitching and defense on both sides. Nick LaPorta, and Jordan Aughey had the RBIs, and pitcher Charley Ruegger threw six shutout innings, and had 8 Ks. In the bottom of the 7th, heavy rain caused play to be halted, so the game reverted back to the last complete inning.

June 30th-Hornets 11 Patriots 10.-Pequannock held a 6 run lead going to the bottom of the 6th, but Hopatcong scored 7 aided by Patriot errors and walks to steal the win. Sean Guida had an outstanding night at the plate with 5 base hits,including a homer, and 2 RBI. Chris Orsinini, and Al Ianuzzi also had two hits, and two RBI.

July 6th-Muckdogs 8 Patriots 2-Pequannock could not solve the Bergen pitching, and played with little punch in the defeat. Tom Ackershoek pitched well in relief, allowing only 1 hit, with 5 K's, over the last 3 innings.

July 7th-Pastime A's 3 Patriots 2-Pequannock outhit Mendham but couldn't get the clutch hit several times with men on base, and Mendham scored the winning run on a delayed steal of home in the 7th. Mike Sasso was outstanding on the hill, going 6 innings, allowing 1 earned run on 4 hits. Jordan Aughey, Chris Orsini, and Al Ianuzzi each had 2 hits, and Sean Jones added a booming RBI triple.

July 8th-Patriots 5 Hornets 3-Pequannock got the key hits when they needed to, and Charley Ruegger had a strong outing on the mound, with 9 K's. Sean Jones came on to get the save. Jordan Aughey, Jim Kenny, John Bujtas, and Nick LaPorta all had two hits a piece.

July 11th-Patriots 5 Royals 0-Lefty Tom Ackershoek was masterful on the mound tossing a 3 hit complete game shutout, with 6 K's and 0 walks.Jim Kenny led the offense with 3 hits, and Chris Orsini and Nick Laporta each had 2 RBIs.

July 13th-Patriots 6 Naturals 0-Pitchers Charley Ruegger and Mike Sasso were outstanding as they combined  to one hit Morristown, with 10 Ks.Sean Guida led the offense with 4 hits, and 4 stolen bases.

July 18th-Patriots 8 Hornets 4-Pequannock overcame an early 0-3 hole, and fought back for the win. After the 1st, Mike Sasso and Tom Ackershoek combined to allow just 1 run and 2 hits to the Hornets over the final 6 innings. They were supported by several excellent plays by the Patriot defense. Brett Zaziski knocked in two runs with a booming double, and Chris Pezzuti had 3 hits, and 3 RBI.

July 20th-Patriots 6 Muckdogs 4-For the 2nd game in a row Pequannock overcame a 1st inning 0-3 deficit, but it took 10 innings to secure the win. The bullpen combination of Chris Pezzuti and Sean Jones held Bergen scoreless for the last 5.2 innings. Brett Zaziski hit a 2 run homer that won it in the 10th, and Sean Guida had a clutch 2 Rbi double. Nick LaPorta had 3 hits.

July 21st-Patriots 13 Batwings 3-Pequannock blew open a close contest with an 8 run 4th inning, and then finished off Jefferson with Brett Zaziski's 2 run homer in the 5th. It was the 2nd night in a row that Brett, who had 4 RBIs overall, had the winning HR, and both were in almost exactly the same spot down the right field line. Jordan Aughey, Sean Guida, and Nick Laporta also all had 2 hits. Pitcher Tom Ackershoek went the distance on the hill, scattering 4 hits.

July 26th-Patriots 3 Royals 2-Pequannock pitchers Matt Clemontoni,Mike Sasso, and Sean Jones combined to hold Roxbury to just one hit, and 0 earned runs in the win. Al Ianuzzi had a 2 run single, and Mike Sasso added two hits. 

July 27th-Patriots 5 A's 2-Pequannock took down 1st place Mendham with gritty pitching and timely hitting. Jin Kenny hit a 2 run bomb, and Al Ianuzzi slammed an Rbi triple. Brett Zaziski had 3 hits, and Sean Guida added 2. Winning pitcher Ben Hampson, and reliever Charley Ruegger held the hard hitting A's in place and choked off several rallies. Chris Pezzuti made a spectacular catch in right field in the 7th inning.

July 28th-Patriots 3 Eagles 1-Anthony DiBartolo had a clutch 2 out, 2 strike, 2 Rbi single to win it for Pequannock in the 6th, in the regular season finale. Tom Ackershoek went 6 innings for the win, and Chris Pezzuti collected the save. The Patriots finished the regular season with 9 straight wins, and have tied the club record of 18 wins. The playoffs are next and the team has received a first round bye.

Playoffs: August 8th-Wizards 5 Patriots 4-Pequannock lost a tough one as a late rally ended with the tying run on 2nd. Sussex had a 4 run 4th inning and the Patriots weren't that sharp in the field. Sean Guida had 3 hits, and Brett Zaziski knocked in a pair. Ben Hampson tossed 2 innings of hitless relief.

August 9th-Wizards 12 Patriots 8. The Pequannock offense had a fine night, but 14 hits by Sussex along with some shoddy defense was to much to overcome as the season came to a close. Brian Boulineau slugged a 3 run homer,and Al Ianuzzi and Brett Zaziski each added solo shots. Chris Pezzuti had 2 RBI. The teams final record for the season was 18-8.
