KANISH KORNER- SPRING MEETING NOTES
These are the notes from The April 5th RWS Board Meeting:
1). The meeting was attended by representatives of the following teams: Panthers, Steel Maidens, Looney Tunes, Slammers and Rockies. The teams missing from last year were The Legal Eagles and the Troublemakers.
2). It looks as if we will have 6 returning teams this year (Panthers, Steel Maidens, Looney Tunes, Slammers, Rockies and Legal Eagles). We have not heard from the Troublemakers and we do not know if they are returning. There also may be another team, and we are keeping that option open.
3). We reviewed the Rules and Regulations, and all changes that were made in September will remain.
4). Katie had researched the idea of putting temporary lights at Stonetown field #2 (like that are used for other sports), and found that it was not advisable because the lights are not high enough for softball.
5). Katie volunteered to become the Scheduling Director.
6). Dates were discussed, such as Equipment pickup, League signups, Pre-Season Party, and Opening Day. (see below).
