* Kyle Rock (Loreman's) drilled a grand-slam homer in a six-run fourth inning.
* Jim Knight (Tupper Lake Timberjaxx) had a two-run homer and Matt Duquette (Plattsburgh Cardinals) added a two-run single.


2004
vs. Clinton County Mariners, T 4-4

* Played July 14th at Lefty Wilson Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* Brandon Barcomb (Plattsburgh Cardinals) drilled a two-run homer and Matt Rivers (CR Tunes Mudhens) a solo shot to give CVBL a 3-2 lead in the 3rd inning.
* Mark Burdo (Altona Hornets), David Waldron (Lyon Mountain Miners) and Dan Hoffman (CR Tunes Mudhens) pitched for the CVBL.
* David Drollette (Saranac Post 1618) was the lone CVBL all-star with two hits.


2003

* Played July 16th at Lefty Wilson Field in Plattsburgh, NY
* Stephen Peryea (Altona Hornets) had three hits, including a three-run homer.
* Brandon Barcomb (Plattsburgh Cardinals) had two hits and scored two runs
* Tim Barcomb (Plattsburgh Cardinals) had two hits, including a double, and two RBI
* Mike Bergman (CR Tunes Mudhens) was the winning pitcher

1996
vs. American Legion Post 20, L 7-6
* Played July 3rd at Lefty Wilson Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* Chuck Paepke (Clinton Lakers) and Harold LeClaire (Clinton Lakers) were CVBL managers.
* The game was shortened to eight innings due to rain.
* CVBL rallied for three runs in the eighth inning on a two-run single by Mark Leta (Clinton Lakers) and an RBI triple by Neil Stevens (Plattsburgh Cardinals).
* Stevens and Leta each had two hits for the CVBL.

1995
vs. American Legion Post 20, L 11-1
* Played July 12th at Lefty Wilson Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* Brandy McDonald (Midas Mudhens) was the starting pitcher and suffered the loss.
* Scott Mitchell (Peru Blue Devils) and Jerry Kowalowski (Lyon Mountain Miners) had the only hits for the CVBL.

1994
vs. American Legion Post 20, L 9-7

* Played June 29th at Lefty Wilson Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* Joe Cummings (Peru Mariners) led the CVBL with three hits, including a three-run homer.
* Mike Bordeau (Midas Mudhens) and Jim Tavernia (Midas Mudhens) both homered.
* Matt Sames (Plattsburgh Cardinals) hurled two scoreless innings as the starting pitcher.
* Steve Ryan (Altona Bombers) suffered the loss.

1993
vs. Northern Valley Baseball League, W 12-8

* Played June 30th at Lefty Wilson Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* The Altona Hornets and Lyon Mountain Miners were members of the NVBL at this time.
* Scott Moody (Plattsburgh Cardinals) earned the win.
* Kyle Burdo (Peru Well Drillers) led the CVBL with two hits, including a two-run single.
* Matt Sames (Plattsburgh Cardinals) hurled two scoreless innings for the save.

1987
vs. Vermont All-Stars, L 6-4

* Played June 19th at Lefty Wilson Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* Vermont was represented by Sport-About out of Essex Junction, Vt.
* Sport-About jumped out to a 6-0 lead with three runs off losing pitcher Scott Baker (Redford River Rats) and three more off of John Zerrahn (AuSable Forks Spirits).
* Gary Magee (Plattsburgh Raiders) tripled and Doug Quigley (Midas Mudhens) doubled for the CVBL.

1986
American Division 6, National Division 6 (tie)

* Played July 4th at Feinberg Park in Altona, NY.
* Rick Fournia (Redford River Rats) managed the American Division.
* Terry Brunell (Altona Hornets) managed the National Division.
* Jeff Dumas (McGee's Mudhens) hurled the first three innings and then relieved in the eighth with the bases loaded and nobody out and did not allow a run. Dumas also had two hits for the National Division.
* Frank Buksa (Plattsburgh Cardinals) had three his, including a triple, and made a key running catch late in the game for the National Division.
* Alan Rock (Redford River Rats) hurled 5 2/3 innings of relief allowing only one run.
* John Coryer (McGee's Mudhens) added a triple.

1985
Northern Division 12, Southern Division 4

* Played July 4th at Lefty Wilson Field, Plattsburgh, NY.
* Charlie McGee and Elmer Duprey served as honorary coaches.
* The Northern Division scored 11 runs in the bottom of the sixth inning. Jeff Peek (McGee's Mudhens) drilled three-run homer, while Todd Parrotte (Redford River Rats) and Steve Parrish (Plattsburgh Cardinals) added two-run singles.
* Frank Miller (Plattsburgh Cardinals) earned the win, while Sam Lashway (Altona Bombers) took the loss.
* Parrotte, Parrish and Tim Newell (Redford River Rats) had two hits apiece for the winners.
* Todd Lambert (Altona Bombers) doubled in a losing effort.

1984
vs. Peru/Ormsby’s Well Drillers, L 9-7

* Played July 4th at Feinberg Park in Altona, NY.
* Featured defending league champion Peru/Ormsby's Well Drillers versus a group of CVBL all-stars.
* Don Loreman (Peru) hit a three-run homer as part of a five-run seventh inning to lead the Well Drillers.
* Loreman, Mike Rock and Dave Duprey had two hits apiece for Peru. Rock and Duprey each had a double.
* Rick Samuels (Altona Hornets) went 4-4 with a double in a losing cause.
* Dave Gosnell (AuSable Forks Spirits) had three hits and Mike Boyea (Altona Bombers) two for the CVBL.
* Mike Rock (Peru) was the winning pitcher and Frank Miller (Plattsburgh Falcons) was the losing pitcher.


1975
Northern Division 11, Southern Division 2

* First ever intra-league all-star game.
* Played at AuSable Forks, NY.
* Barry Dimick (Ellenburg Eagles) was named the game's Most Valuable Player. Dimick had two hits, including a home run, and drove in two runs.
* Dave Krick (Post 20) was the winning pitcher, striking out seven and allowing only five hits in seven innings of work.
* Kevin Curry (Ellenburg Eagles) and John Shutts (Ellenburg Eagles) both had two hits for the winners.
* Roy Ano (AuSable Forks Spirits) collected two of the South's seven hits.
* Lee Yaeger (Dannemora Falcons) suffered the loss in relief of John Zerrahn (Peru). Zerrahn allowed only two hits and one run in five innings of work.

1974
vs. Peru, 8-5

* Played at Bailey Avenue Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* Peru, CVBL champions, faced-off against a squad filled with all-stars from the rest of the league.
* Glenn Petrashune (Lyon Mountain Miners) was the games Most Valuable Player. Petrashune hurled three innings, allowing only one hit and one unearned run.
* Joe Staves (Lyon Mountain Miners) had three hits.
* John Zerrahn (Peru) hurled all nine innings and had three hits.
* Gary Barber (Peru) had three hits, including a double.

1973
vs. St. Lawrence Valley League, L 13-12

* Hosted by the CVBL at Bailey Avenue Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* John Francis was named game's Most Valuable Player. He had three hits, including a three-run homer, and drove in four run.
* Ken Fairchild was the winning pitcher and Steve Lorry (Peru) the losing pitcher.
* Carlie Rounds (Lyon Mountain Miners), Russ Keller (Post 20), Jim Shutts (Ellenburg) and Mike Yelle (Plattsburgh) each had two hits.


1972
vs. St. Lawrence Valley League, W 7-0

* The first-ever CVBL all-star team was selected to host the St. Lawrence Valley League all-stars in a game at the original Bailey Avenue Field in Plattsburgh, NY.
* Mike St. Louis (Peru) was named the game's Most Valuable Player. He hurled three hitless innings and struck out six.
* Pip LaFountain (Lyon Mountain Miners) homered and worked three scoreless innings.
* Carlie Rounds (Lyon Mountain Miners) led the offense with two hits, including a double.
