REGULAR MEETS AT HOME
Arrival Time, Warm Up Time, and Start Time will be set the week prior to the meet once we know which teams will be visiting to give everyone ample warm up time. Coaches choose all swimmer's events for regular meets.
REGULAR MEETS AWAY
Arrival Time, Warm Up Time, and Start Time will be set when the host team determines the scheudle of events.
All swimmers need to check in with Coach Bob when arriving. Coaches choose all swimmer's events for regular meets.
SWIMMERS
All swimmers need to notify Coach Bob if they can't attend a regular meet by Wednesday prior to the meet date or earlier. Sometimes the host team needs to set lineups prior to Wednesday. We will send out a Team Reach announcment if notification is required earlier.
For Invitationals and Championships swimmers need to notify Coach Bob if they can't attend prior to the submission deadline.
If you need to be scratched after the sign-up deadline or the day of the meet, you must contact Coach Bob directly.
PARENTS
Please have your swimmer keep Bob notified of meet attendance.
We need everyone's help at all home meets and often need volunteers at away meets.
Concession donations are also needed for all home meets.
All signups for volunteers & donations are now done via Sign Up Genius.
Watch for Reminds and/or emails for the sign up links for each hosted meet.

Participation
Swimmers should plan to participate in all regular meets. You must notify Coach Bob directly if you are unable to attend. Swim meets provide the opportunity for us to compete as a team and EVERYONE will swim!
Don't forget to sign up for each meet! A sign up sheet will be posted prior to each swim meet to confirm your attendance. This is vital to allow the Coaches to do the meet line up & assure that your child is entered in events.
