Pickleball Hub is a website used for hosting Leagues & Tournaments.

Why should we use Pickleball-Hub?

The Short Answer: It’s easy for you, the organizer, and it’s easy for the players.

An organizer must first complete The League Structure and/or Tournament Structure Forms. Next, the organizer must communicate to their players that they must sign-up on Pickleball-Hub. Once those 2 steps are completed, the setup process is 90% done! The other 10% is focused on prizes and playoffs.

Pickleball Organizers can create a League without this website – we understand that. We know how much time and effort goes into running a league, and we know that our platform will alleviate 90% of the work for you.

What does it cost to have my league hosted on Pickleball-Hub?

The cost to set up a league is free. Each team will owe a minimum of $26 per team to join and participate for the season.

As the organizer, you can decide to charge more than $26 per team and keep the remainder. This is a setting that you can customize when you set up your league.

What does Pickleball-Hub provide in exchange for this fee?

Pickleball-Hub will…

• collect league fees via credit card through our online portal.
• create and upload your schedule for the current season including all of your teams.
• email all new teams/users their login credentials for the site.
• allow users to upload their scores each week.
• calculate and showcase the current season standings. 
• coordinate with other applicable leagues ran through our service in an attempt to help you compete against other players in your area.
• post images that are sent to us from you, the league organizer, regarding winners or players in your league. (Images can be emailed to info@Pickleball-Hub.com)

Which services are NOT provided by Pickleball-Hub?

• Pickleball-Hub does NOT secure pickleball courts.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT provide paddles or balls.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT give out awards.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT act as referees during league games.

What is Pickleball-Hub responsible for in my league?

• Pickleball-Hub is NOT the League Director or Commissioner.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT purchase awards or hand awards out.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT assist pickleball organizers or players in finding courts.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT modify or change the regular-season schedule once it’s posted.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT show up at courts.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT tell players which division to play in.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT enforce the “Code-of-Conduct” policy.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT get involved with any on-court or off-court issues.
• Pickleball-Hub does NOT write or enforce any Covid-19 regulations.

Is there a specific territory that Pickleball-Hub hosts leagues and tournaments in?

No, we accept leagues from anywhere across the globe, although we are located in North America.

Does Pickleball Hub set up tournaments as well as leagues?

Yes! Pickleball-Hub can help you to set up a tournament. The fee for tournament setup is $16 per team as opposed to the $26 per team for a seasonal league.

What do the teams get for their $16 Tournament setup fee?

Pickleball-Hub will…

• collect tournament fees via credit card through our online portal.
• advertise your tournament within the surrounding area to help you obtain players.
• create and upload your tournament brackets including all of your teams.
• showcase the final standings of the tournament.  

• post images that are sent to us from you, the league organizer, regarding winners or players in your league. (Images can be emailed to info@Pickleball-Hub.com)
