PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MIKE DRASKIN, LONG ISLAND TITANS-WHITE

Mike Draskin (NYIT) takes home the Player of the Week Award.  Draskin went 6 for 10 during the week with 7 runs scored and 5 RBI.  Draskin also had 2 walks, 2 doubles, a triple, and a home run against the Cardinals and HDMH-Grey.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK:

NICOLAS LUC, LONG ISLAND NOR’EASTERS

Nicolas Luc (Adelphi University) hurled a complete game shutout against HDMH-Grey this week. The Adelphi University pitcher scattered 2 hits and stuck-out 10 batters in the victory.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:

IDRIS CARTER, LONG ISLAND TITANS-WHITE

Idris Carter (Stony Brook University) receives the Rookie of the Week Award.  Carter batted .444 during the week with two doubles and two homeruns.  The Stony Brook University outfielder also had 3 walks, 4 RBI, 4 runs scored, and a stolen base.
