Justin Henry (Cabrini University) takes home this week’s Player of the Week Award.  Henry went 6 for 8 during the week with two doubles, a home run, 5 RBIs, and 5 runs scored

PITCHER OF THE WEEK:

JOSEPH GONZALEZ, DIAMOND SPIKES

Joseph Gonzalez (Steven’s Institute of Technology) defeated the Storm this week by hurling a complete game shutout.  Gonzalez struck out 12 batters while scattering 2 hits in 7 innings without allowing a walk.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:

SEAN LANE, LONG ISLAND TITANS-BLUE

Sean Lane (University of Maryland) receives the Rookie of the Week Award.  Lane went 6 for 10 during the week with a double, a home run, 6 RBIs, 2 runs scored, and 6 stolen bases.
