Belle Plaine Fastpitch Association (BPFA) is an Amature Softball Association of America(ASA)/North American Fastpitch Association(NAFA) organization. We participate in the Suburban League of Minnesota.

BPFA sponsors girls traveling fastpitch teams in six age groups (depending on attendance):

•   8 and under ( 8U)
• 10 and under (10U)
• 12 and under (12U)
• 14 and under (14U)
• 16 and under (16U)
• 18 and under (18U)

Summer leagues are the primary focus, but fall league teams are also part of the program.

The emphasis at the 8U, 10U and 12U levels is on learning the fundamentals of the game, playing as a team, and having fun. Teams at the older age levels also stress fundamentals but add more game strategy and advanced skills. Teams are limited to 12-14 players.

BPFA is a volunteer organization. Most of our coaches are volunteers. We welcome volunteers at all levels, from scorekeepers to coaches to board members.
