Parent Concern Response Policy

If you have concerns, please begin by discussing the problem with the Manager.
It is strongly encouraged that you wait 24 hours after an event to have this discussion.

Explain your concerns and listen to the coach's perspective. Remember to discuss the matter in private between yourself and the Manager and not in the presence of your child.

1) Discuss the concern with the manager of your child?s team and please give the manager a chance to
investigate and respond to you.

2) If the team manager fails to respond to you in a timely manner or his response does not address your concern, you may speak with the Commissioner of your respective league (see below)

3) Notify the team manager that you will contact a league official and contact the appropriate person as on the website.

4) The process may continue if your concern is not satisfied by contacting:
