First Session (9:00am-10:15): 4U and 6U
K-2nd Girls start at 9:45
Second Session (10:30-11:45) 8U
Girls 3rd-5th Grade Start at 11:15
Third Session (Noon-1:15) 10U
Fourth Session (1:30) 12U and (2:30)14U (not in High School)
Girls 6th-8th Grade start at 3pm
Fifth Session (3:30-4:30) High School Boys and High School Girls Division
Girls Divisions: Girls that wrestle in the coed division wrestle for free in the Girls Division (Excludes HS Division). Cost for Girls only in the girls division is $20
-Your wrestler's age group is determined by their age as of Sept 1st of 2020 for the entire season.
-Wrestlers will be divided by age, weight, and ability. No Seeding. All scratch weights.
-Double Bracketing is allowed across age divisions only. Separate entry fee for each bracket entered in.
-USA card required for each wrestler unless tournament specifically states otherwise (these can be purchased at www.usawmembership.com).
-All Coaches need a USA coach?s card (worn visibly) to coach mat-side, and can be purchased at www.themat.com(Background Check Required - process takes up to 5 business days).
Not a part of a team? Please contact Zach at zyellowm@gmail.com prior to Friday December 25th and he can assist with the registration. Make sure to provide your wrestler's name and USA card number when emailing him.
No Walk-up Registration
All entrants must be submitted by coaches on www.trackwrestling.com by 10am on Friday prior to the Saturday tournament. (Passwords will be given to registered club's coaches or clubs that have contact Christina prior to that Friday - Search -P2P).
Entry Fee for each wrestler is $20
Parents please pay your coach at the last practice of the week (for your wrestler's entry fee). Clubs please pay with one single club check on Saturday or by Credit/Debit card on the P2P website after registering on TrackWrestling on Friday by 5pm. All wrestlers entered into the tournament must be paid for by your team, even if the wrestler doesn't show up:
Admission for Spectators 15 years old and up: $10
Coaches with Active USA Leadership card free with ID verification
Covid Specific Adjustments (subject to changes per state orders):
One parent per wrestler in attendance
Modified session start and end times
Masks required for everyone 10 years old and up (excludes competitors while in a match)
Temp checks and survey prior to entering facility
One coach per corner
