The Troy Cougars is one of seventeen AAU basketball programs in the capital district area.  We are able to offer an AAU option for boys of all ages (16U and 17U) and ability levels.  Specifically, at every age group we have elite, select and multiple competitive teams. We also have national travel teams at the 5^th, 6^th, 7th and 16U and 17U age groups.

The Troy Cougars AAU basketball club introduces and teaches the fundamentals of basketball in a positive and competitive setting and looks to enhance the development of well-rounded young athletes. The club strives to put players in a position to be successful not only on the basketball court but in life in general.

Our basketball teams play from early March to end of June.  Tryout for the season start early March.
