NEW UMPIRES

Thank you for your interest in becoming a fast-pitch softball umpire. The following steps will guide you in becoming an umpire.

 We assign games for the Parkland and Lehigh Valley Leagues. The age brackets are from 10U to 18U. Games are played 7 days a week from April to July. The fall games are played in September and October mostly on weekends.

All assignments will be handle through the Arbiter (See below). All correspondences are communicated through lvasasb@yahoo.com.

Arbiter www.arbitersports.com Procedures for new umpires

When you pay your dues, you will receive a welcome e-mail from the Arbiter. (ww.arbitersports). Assign a password to your Arbiter account. Make sure you fill in your address (with zip code) and your contact phone numbers. Block out any dates/times that you CANNOT umpire.
When you are assigned a game, you will be notified via an e-mail from the Arbiter. You will have three (3) days to accept your games. On the fourth (4) day the game will be returned back to the Arbiter to be reassigned. Please check your e-mail as often as possible. Games are assigned through out the day and NIGHT.
Once you accept your game, the coaches will see you as the umpire assigned to his/her game. Coaches are instructed to make contact with you to confirm the game. If you would like to contact the League Representative, you can see his/her contact phone information by clicking on the home or visitor team.
