The Corporation (Coventry Rugby Football Club) is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), to recruit and train youth to play rugby football in league and tournament play, and to foster and develop sportsmanship, teamwork and a sense of community through participation in the sport of rugby.
