Brandy McDonald, Midas Mudhens & Dennis LaBarge, Altona Hornets, & Neil Stevens, Plattsburgh Cardinals, & Brett Paepke, Clinton Lakers
McDonald and LaBarge shared the Northern Division Award, while Stevens and Paepke split the Southern Division Award. LaBarge finished 7-2 with a save in the leading the Hornets to the Division crown. McDonald had five wins and led the league in strikeouts. Stevens went 7-0 in leading the Cardinals to their fifth consecutive division crown, while Paepke finished 5-2.

Duquette led the league with 10 wins and 92 strikeouts as the Cardinals claimed their fourth consecutive regular-season title. Duquette compiled a 2.31 earned-run average and recorded one save.

Matt Sames, Plattsburgh Cardinals
Sames dominated the league finishing with a 9-0 record with one save and a 0.93 earned-run average in leading the Cardinals to their third consecutive regular-season title. In 58 innings pitched, Sames allowed only 21 hits, nine runs (six earned), seven walks and struck out 79.

Peru-Al's Patchwork captured the National Division crown with a perfect 13-0 record behind the left arm of Doorey and the right arm of Rotz. Doorey finished with a 5-0 record and a 1.36 earned run average, while Rotz went 7-0 with a 2.42 earned-run average. Doorey struck out 64 in 40 innings and Rotz finished with 42 strikeouts in 47 innings pitched. Rotz also led the league with two saves.
1988
John Flynn, Plattsburgh Cardinals
FLynn recorded a perfect 10-0 record, including three shutouts, for the National Division champion Plattsburgh Cardinals. Flynn struck out 100 hitters in 74 innings of work, and finished with a 1.70 earned-run average.
1987
Tim Pratt, Saranac Lake Merchants
Pratt rebounded from a 1-3 start to finish with a 5-4 record for a team that finished 6-12. Pratt finished with 70 strikeouts in 64 innings of work. His best outing of the season was a 13-inning, 15-strikeout performance against the Peru Well Drillers.

Baker registered an 8-1 record with a 1.79 earned-run average. His eight wins tied for the league lead with Tom Gates of Peru. Baker also had two shutouts and recorded one save.
