The UR family " TM,MM,MM,JPW,PW and all cheer squads" worked to make our program a sucess. Let's continue to work as a team to support and get our boys the to the nationals. I can not tell you how happy I am to see you two guys heading to Florida together. Just 8 short years ago you two were getting started in coaching with the JMM in Belmont. I can not believe how well you both have done. I guess Crawford and I taught you guys well.(Just KIdding). I wish the best for Union Road and want to thank Howard for his friendship and support through out the years. It is great that two groups that compete hard on the field can support each other. |

They believe he received a mild concussion in todays game. We have received fifty or more phone calls today from people concerned about Tanner. We are so blessed to be part of Belmont Optimist. Also, we received numerous calls from parents of Stanley, Mt. Holly and Union Road Optimist. This truely shows that it is really all about the kids. Again, thank you all for your kindness and support. |

ADMISSIONS FOR CHEERLEADING/DANCE COMPETIONS AND FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS: Admissions to Regional Events will be via a “colored” wristband, which will be valid for one day only. This will allow you to come and go as necessary. The Football wristbands will be valid all day on Saturday and enable you to travel to all four sites. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Admission is $12.00 through presale only and $ 15.00 per person at the gate, with program. CHILDREN UNDER FIVE - FREE Coaches with official pass, FREE FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN A “POP WARNER” JERSEY – FREE AT ALL EVENTS CHEERLEADERS IN “POP WARNER” UNIFORM – FREE AT ALL EVENTS Coaches’ passes for cheer will be distributed at the Cheer Coaches Meetings on Thursday Evening. Football passes will be distributed at weigh-ins. Passes are limited to Five (5) ROSTERED COACHES only…. Sorry, no Team Parents, Statisticians, etc. During the Cheerleading and Dance Competitions, Event Security Staff will be posted at each aisle and will restrict movement while performances are taking place. Please respect the participants and do not move around excessively while routines are being performed. Full concessions will be available at Halton Arena and at the football game sites. A one pass breakfast buffet will be available in the early morning at Halton Arena. Halton Arena has made every effort to ensure that there will be adequate supplies of food and will have more concession stands open earlier. |

BACK-TO-BACK sounds good doesn’t it? Remember; I too was there, watching your unheralded Union Road Jr. Pee Wees run over the opposition like Tasmanian Devils. Your 06' squad not only outscored the opposition, but they did it by a substantial margin. Winning the National Championship and sending Hawaii, Texas, and California back home to dry clean their jerseys for next season after some serious fanny spankings.... Make it to the Big Dance, and I’ll be there AGAIN, taking pictures of the only thing that counts......... THE FINAL SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   |
