We are asking that you have your swimmer please bring goggles to practice and an extra pair in their swim bag is always good. Swim caps are optional, but girls with long hair should wear a cap.

Washing instructions for swim suits are as follows: NEVER wash your bathing suit in the washing machine and NEVER put it into the dryer. In a large bowl, use mild detergent and a pinch of baking soda in cool water and stir to dissolve. NEVER use hot water. The baking soda will help to neutralize the chlorine. Hand wash the bathing suit and rinse well with cold water. Squeeze out water and hang to dry. The most important thing to remember is that if you do not have time to wash it out, you should at least rinse it immediately after exiting the pool
