The Bulldogs from Pendleton will travel to Greer today for game 2 of the Preseason Tournament.  Both Pendleton and Greer are currently 1-0 so far with the Bulldogs defeating Travelers Rest in their first game of the tournament.  First pitch is scheduled for 6:30.  

The Greer Yellow Jackets opened the 2023 season by defeating the Liberty Red Devils on Saturday, February 25 by a score of 15-0.  The was the first game in the Preseason Tournament for the Yellow Jackets.  They were originally scheduled to play at West Oak on Friday, February 24 but that game was postponed due to rain.  James Shennan picked up the win on the mound with allowing 2 hits and also had 8 strikeouts.  The Yellow Jackets were led at the plate by James Shennan who had 3 hits and 2 RBI's.  Hudson Brannon also collected 2 hits and 3 RBI's.  Cole Bellinger contributed also with 2 hits and 2 RBI's.  The Yellow Jackets will be back in action on Tuesday, February 28 at home against the Pendleton Bulldogs.  First pitch set for 6:30.
